Frontend developer Team Lead

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development, including team leadership experience;
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (including preprocessors);
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript;
• Experience in developing server-side rendering (SSR) web applications (Next.js);
• Proficiency with libraries such as Redux and Apollo;
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs;
• Proficient in version control systems like Git;
• Basic UI/UX design knowledge, along with the ability to collaborate with designers to create visually appealing, intuitive interfaces;
• Experience implementing complex web designs to deliver an excellent user experience;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• Flexibility and openness to new technologies and approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement applications using modern technologies and methodologies;
• Support and optimize existing applications;
• Manage the team (recruitment/termination, task distribution, team development, and mentorship);
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure the final product meets high standards;
• Engage with other departments to integrate and streamline development processes;
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
