Customer Support Specialist (German)
OFFICE/REMOTE
Who We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in German (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
- Confident PC user skills;
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and willingness to learn;
- Strong communication skills;
- Availability to work in a rotating shift format: 2 day shifts (7:00 – 19:00), 2 days off, 2 night shifts (19:00 – 7:00), followed by 2 days off.
Responsibilities:
User Interaction:
- Provide qualified consulting support for the technical and financial aspects of our products using communication channels such as live chat and phone.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Forward user requests to resolve technical and financial issues and provide feedback to users.
- Report any issues or errors identified on supported platforms.
