Customer Support Specialist (German)

OFFICE/REMOTE

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Proficiency in German (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
  • Confident PC user skills;
  • Ability to handle large volumes of information and willingness to learn;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Availability to work in a rotating shift format: 2 day shifts (7:00 – 19:00), 2 days off, 2 night shifts (19:00 – 7:00), followed by 2 days off.

Responsibilities:

User Interaction:

  • Provide qualified consulting support for the technical and financial aspects of our products using communication channels such as live chat and phone.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Forward user requests to resolve technical and financial issues and provide feedback to users.
  • Report any issues or errors identified on supported platforms.
