Product Operations Specialist (Casino)

Responsibilities:

• Establishing effective communication with external partners and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals;
• Conduct competitor research to gather information on market trends and competitor activity;
• Create and maintain a structured schedule for regular product updates, ensuring all sections are reviewed and refreshed consistently;
• Monitor user comments and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Make content adjustments based on user needs and preferences to enhance their experience and engagement with our product;
• Maintain detailed records of all updates and changes made within the admin panel. Systematize and structure data using Google Sheets, ensuring data is gathered on time and is up-to-date;
• Working on technical troubleshooting with partners and the internal teams.

Requirements:

• Understanding of casino games, gambling trends, and iGaming landscapes, reflecting your dedication to staying ahead of the curve;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product managers;
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve content-related challenges and enhance user experience;
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and new tools or technologies. The ability to learn quickly and work flexibly within dynamic projects;
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
