Partnerships Manager

What You Will Do:

• Manage projects and all communications with brand partners;
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners;
• Identify key opinion leaders, relevant projects, and themed groups or channels for collaboration;
• Negotiate collaboration terms and oversee the fulfillment of partnership obligations;
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ sponsorship projects;
• Track timelines and manage budgets;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative sponsorship activations;
• Develop briefs for copywriters and designers;
• Analyze results, prepare reports, and create presentations.

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing/PR agency or on the brand side;
• Experience working with partners and ambassadors in the sports and esports industry;
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals and sponsorship activation performance metrics;
• Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, and Telegram;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluent in English (C1+);
• Responsible, stress-resistant, multitasking, and detail-oriented.
